1. Initial Enquiry & Energy Consultation
To provide you with the most appropriate quote, we will require some information about your energy consumption. During our meeting we will ask for your 2 to 4 most recent electrical bills to help us gain a better understanding of your usage throughout the year. After receiving this information, we will gather additional details, such as roof type, switchboard condition, inverter location, and any other specific requirements you may have.
2. A Plan Designed for You
After our meeting, our team will get to work on a comprehensive plan, quote and estimated savings for you to review. The quote package will include a detailed computer-generated version of the proposed roof panel layout, an estimate of your potential savings, and the installation cost quote. Once we have gathered the necessary information, we will provide you with an energy proposal that covers the system layout, estimated savings, recovery time for investment costs, and a quote that takes into account government rebate savings already included in the cost.
3. We take care of the approvals
Once you approve your quote and pay your deposit, we'll start the preparations for installation. This includes submitting an application for approval to your energy provider and ordering the panels and supplies. We'll take care of everything, so you don't have to worry.
4: Installation Day Procedures
On the day of installation, it helps if you are home to let us in as in some cases, we'll need access to your roof space to install the panels. Following the installation, we'll go over how the system works, set you up with the app on your phone, and gather your signature for the rebate submission. Finally, we will require a few more details to submit the paperwork for your switchboard meter upgrade. After submission, your energy retailer will take over and send a representative to your location to change the meter.
5. Job Completion, Handover, and Support
Once the installation is complete, we'll take care of any meter upgrades that may be required. You'll receive a bill for the installation, and then you can sit back and let the sun make you money. Remember; if you have any further questions about your system we are one call away.
